Beautiful Martha!, April 6, 2010 By RV Mom (Boerne, TX) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Martha Washington's Choice Bedspread - Full - White - with String Fringe After looking everywhere in stores for a pretty Martha Washington spread and having made a prior catalogue purchase of a "look alike" and being unhappy with the quality, I found this one. I Love It! It is quality and it is so pretty. Far prettier in person than in the picture. Have not washed it yet to determine how it will hold up. But every day I look at it, I am soooo pleased. It looks so authentic and gives simple elegance to our mahogony high panel bed. It is mid weight. I use it with an additional very light cover in winter. It is spring now, and it is just the right weight for me. My husband sometimes pulls it off of his side as it is slightly heavier than he prefers. This is an heirloom purchase that I think my kids will remember and want to keep when they are grown.
