Just like I remember, June 11, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: SHAMROCK II RIBBED BEDSPREADS, Sage I went looking for ribcord bedspreads because I remember them washing and wearing like iron when I was growing up. This bedspread does that. It's not quite wide enough for a double bed, although it has plenty of length top to bottom. This size (76" x 110") is better suited for a single/twin bed. Lightweight, so it isn't too warm in the summer. Great durability for kids at an awesome price.

This is why I purchased these for our guest room. We have found that they launder well.
